Game progress is saved locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not store your game data on our servers. Clearing your browser data will erase your game progress.

We may, at any time and in our sole discretion:

• modify game rules, scoring systems, features, mechanics, artwork, or rewards
• reset scores, rankings, or leaderboards
• suspend or discontinue any game or feature
• correct bugs, exploits, or errors

Any points, rankings, badges, virtual items, or in-game features have no cash value, are not property, and may be modified or removed at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law, rule, or regulation
• violate hunting laws or encourage unlawful hunting activity

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT — INCLUDING HUNTING SEASON DATES, REGULATIONS, OR BAG LIMITS — WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HuntingSeason.com, boberdoo.com LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising out of or related to:

• your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
• any reliance on information provided by the Services
